NNCT's commercial driver training programs are approved for WIOA funding and are listed on the state's (ETPL) Eligible Training Provider List with the Department of Workforce Solutions. WIOA is the Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act. This program offers federal grants to those who qualify. These grants may be used to cover the costs of tuition and other training related expenses. These grants do not have to be repaid.
If WIOA is not an option for you, we are pleased to offer you financing through Paramount Capital Group; credit and terms are subject to approval. You may also request a Payment Plan. To find out more information or alternative funding options, please click on the link.
In an effort to protect the health and safety of our students, staff, and visitors NNCT will no longer be allowing "walk-in" visits at any of our campus locations. All visits will be by appointment only until further notice.
To protect everyone and help prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), NNCT has deemed it necessary to modify the School's previous training days and hours to accommodate smaller class sizes necessary for the health and safety of everyone. Students will receive their revised schedules during orientation.
Classes will be reduced in size whenever possible during each training session. If elected for Special Scheduling hours (off days, evenings, or weekends), your schedule will vary according to your approved schedule. Special Scheduling classes are subject to the availability of our staff and/or resources.
NNCT will require that every student be checked for temperature readings upon entering the building, wear a face mask while attending training, properly wash their hands throughout the day, and to utilize provided disinfectants to wipe down the equipment and furniture after each use, and wherever possible; maintain a safe distance of at least 6 feet apart from any person while here at the school.
If any student shows any signs of illness or COVID-related symptoms, they will be required to be sent home until they have been tested for COVID-19 and have submitted a copy of the test results to the School after any required quarantine periods have been completed.
Any student found or observed in violation of these new policies or regulations will be subject to immediate dismissal from class, will be asked to leave the School grounds, and/or will be subject to possible administrative or legal actions.
For more information or any questions about our newly revised policies, please contact Dawn Fout, Student Services Coordinator @ (505) 430-0016 or via email:
We thank you all in advance for your cooperation as we all transition these new changes into our daily lives. The health and safety of everyone is the most critical goal above all else.
