NNCT is a proprietary post-secondary vocational educational School designed to provide professional quality Commercial Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) to any and all qualified students from every part of the country seeking to attain the skills, knowledge, and experience required to obtain a Commercial Drivers License and related Endorsements.
Our Mission is to supply the industry with safe, well advanced educated, professional commercial drivers from within our state and abroad; by providing the highest level of quality education available that meet or exceed all state and federal standards and regulations of today.
NNCT aspires to set the standard of training for the new Entry-Level Driver Training requirements set by the FMCSA, by seeking to educate, advance, and certify each of our students, trainers, and staff according to the most current federal or state regulations at the highest industry standards and ethics available today.

Our Mission is straightforward and our Vision is grand! We aim to raise the bar by setting a new standard in commercial driver education being offered by most programs today. We aim to not only provide the highest level of entry-level commercial driver training available today; we aim to create an educational environment that nurtures teamwork, advanced education, and instills core family values.
The industry is currently undergoing an extreme change in federal and state rules and regulations; calling for more advanced and thorough CDL training programs. NNCT is established based on the new ELDT requirements, and meet or exceed every level of entry-level commercial driver training set forth by the the FMCSA’s new Entry-Level Driver Training rule.

NNCT is licensed to operate in the State of New Mexico, and has been granted a "Certificate of State Authorization" to provide instructional training, by the New Mexico Higher Education Dept's Private Post-Secondary Schools Division; as having been deemed by the department to meet satisfactory criteria, as determined by the department, for registration or licensure under the post-secondary educational act. This authorization must be renewed each year and is based on an evaluation by minimum standards concerning quality of education, ethical business practices, health and safety, and fiscal responsibility. Authorization is not an endorsement or recommendation of NNCT by the state or department. NNCT's course content is not accredited by any U.S. Department of Education approved accrediting agency.
