Native Nations CDL Training, LLC. is licensed to operate in the State of New Mexico, and has been granted a 1st year provisional "Certificate of State Authorization" to provide instructional training, by the New Mexico Higher Education Dept's Private Post-Secondary Schools Division; as having been deemed by the department to meet satisfactory criteria, as determined by the department, for registration or licensure under the post-secondary educational act. This provisional authorization must be renewed each year and be held for a minimum of two years, and is based on an evaluation by minimum standards concerning quality of education, ethical business practices, health and safety, and fiscal responsibility. Authorization is not an endorsement or recommendation of NNCT by the state or department. NNCT's course content is not accredited by any U.S. Department of Education approved accrediting agency. 


NNCT is a 100% Native American and Veteran privately owned School established in 2018 by Rheya C Begay, a registered member of the Navajo Nation. NNCT is certified as a Priority #1 Business under the Federal Indian Preference Law. D.U.N.S.# 117043969. USDOT# 3214166.
